By entering Monarchy HQ / Monarchy OS you acknowledge that the materials you may see are confidential and proprietary to Monarchy Media LLC and, where applicable, to its clients and partners. These terms are incorporated into the Terms and Conditions.

1. What is confidential

Confidential Information includes, without limitation: board updates and chairman communications; client dashboards, contacts, communication logs, and notes; Investment opportunities pipeline, team notes, data rooms, investor materials, and NDAs; Mark pages, pins, corrections, and queues; House content; Ask conversations and citations; staff manuals and procedures; access lists and grants; and any non-public business, financial, product, or strategy information.

2. Your obligations

• Use Confidential Information only for authorised Monarchy work consistent with your grants.
• Do not copy, forward, screenshot for distribution, record, or disclose it to anyone who was not granted the same room or packet.
• Do not discuss room contents in public channels, social media, or with vendors without written clearance.
• Protect devices and credentials used to access the platform.
• Keep client data inside the client rooms and channels authorised for that client; do not mix or leak across clients.

3. Client and partner packets

Where you open a Wanted Fertility, Quantum Dental, Total Dental Arts, or other partner/client packet from Monarchy HQ, you remain bound by that packet’s own confidentiality language and any separate NDA, in addition to these terms.

4. Duration

Obligations continue after your access ends, for as long as the information remains non-public or as required by any separate agreement you have with Monarchy.

5. Return and destruction

On request or when access ends, stop using Confidential Information and delete local copies you are not required to retain by law or a written Monarchy instruction.

6. Remedies

Unauthorised disclosure may cause irreparable harm. Monarchy may seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available at law or in equity, without limiting other rights.
